for health, fitness and well-being to students of all ages and levels of fitness.

Bookings for regular or one off sessions/ workshops can be made also for corporate, health or school settings.

Thursday Evening classes ongoing drop in  8.15pm ( No Class on 26th  December 2nd January start back on 13th January 2020)
